Skye Vigil: Sparrow Racer

And once more I continue on my drawings of Skye Vigil, my primary Destiny character:

Although Skye has been a Guardian for many, many years, she's only recently developed an interest in sparrow racing. Part of this lack of interest has been for good reason though. When Sparrow Racing League was just starting out, Skye decided to join the races. She did fairly well on her first, second, and third races, but on the fourth race her luck took a turn for the worst.
During the second lap on one of Venus's race tracks, Skye's sparrow hit a rock at just the wrong angle, damaging the vehicle's engine and thus making it malfunction. She and her sparrow flew right off the rocky cliffside and into the jungle several hundred feet below. Her sparrow tumbled though the rocks and trees with her still hanging on, until the vehicle finally stopped in a pool of sulfuric water. Skye was severely battered and broken from the rolling crash; particularly, two of the sparrow's fuel pipes had impaled her through the ribcage. Her Ghost came to the rescue and healed her, but he came very late and not all her wounds healed fully, such as the twin scars she now has on her chest where the fuel pipes had punctured her.
After that traumatic incident, she strayed away from sparrow racing for several years. That is, until she met a young Hunter named Kaznovitch Aazoach. The young guardian was reckless and absolutely thrilled by sparrow racing, and tried convincing Skye to go racing again. It took him two years, but eventually his constant nagging and persuasion convinced her to try it out again. She has since participated in several races and won three of them, though she is much more careful than when she did starting out and is still weary.
The model of sparrow she races with is an S-35 Aeon Glow.

I'm honestly quite happy with how this drawing turned out. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to properly draw Skye in Destiny's racing gear, but alas, I think it worked! I also practiced a little with my digital drawing software to clear and edit things up. Also, I'd love some feedback on the drawing: what ya'll liked, didn't like, and tips on what I can do to improve.
